Dr. Jordan Berry is a physical therapist and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer located in Charlotte, NC. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Winston Salem State University, as well as his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. Before moving to Charlotte, he completed Evidence In Motion’s Orthopedic Residency Program.
In addition to co-owning and operating Onward Charlotte, Jordan serves as faculty for the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE), where he travels the country teaching how to better manage neck and back pain, as well as advanced manual therapy courses, such as spinal manipulation. Jordan is Clinical Excellence Certified through ICE and has a unique treatment style, combining the use of skilled hands-on techniques, as well as progressive exercise, in order to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, you can find Jordan traveling the country, playing guitar, or at his local CrossFit.
Dr. Zachary Long, DPT, SCS
Dr. Zach is better known as “The Barbell Physio” because of his industry-leading website where he is a trusted resource for hundreds of thousands of athletes and coaches wanting to perform optimally without pain limiting their lifestyle. Additionally, Zach travels throughout the world teaching “Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete” with the Institute of Clinical Excellence where he shares his expertise in the comprehensive needs of active individuals.
Dr. Zach is a Board Certified Sports Specialist, Level One CrossFit Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and certified SFMA practitioner. He graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree before earning his Doctorate at East Carolina University. Outside of the clinic you can find Zach spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
Dr. Kelsey Kremer, DPT, Cert-CMFA
Dr. Kelsey Kremer received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College where she earned summa cum laude honors. During her undergraduate education, she ran for her school’s Women’s Cross Country team. In addition, she is certified in the Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence where she also serves as a teaching assistant in the Spine and Fitness Athlete Divisions. Outside of the clinic, Kelsey can be found training and pushing her own performance at QC Fit West or coaching at Iron Tribe Fitness in Cotswold.
